Systems Executive (L3IVCS) ST-FNC220228 027/01

As a Systems Executive (L3IVCS), you will be responsible for the following:

• To support L3IVCS operational shift duty at Changi airport.
• To attend to all customer fault reports.
• To liaise with other system sub contractor in fault fi ding process.
• To liaise with both oversea and local Telco for fault resolution of telephone lines faults.
• To log down all fault reports and resolution.
• To carry out preventive maintenance of L3 IVCS system.
• To assist users in audio recording playback.

Requirements

• Recognized degree in Computer Science, IT or engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
