Source candidates

Find and reach out to candidates for open roles across the global market.

Support interviews

Help the HR Generalist screen and interview candidates for entry- and low-tier roles.

Manage the pipeline

Keep candidate records and statuses accurate and up to date in BambooHR.

Handle recruitment admin

Schedule interviews, prepare offer paperwork, and keep recruitment files organised.

Coordinate communication

Stay in touch with candidates throughout the process, keeping them informed at every stage.

Assist the HR Generalist

Take on day-to-day tasks that keep the recruitment process running smoothly.

Cross-functional collaboration

You’ve worked alongside HR or hiring teams before, even in a junior capacity.
