YOUR PROFILE

  • People Skills with a Paper Trail: You've got a degree (bonus points for HR focus!) or solid training plus hands-on experience in the world of recruiting – you know your stuff, and you’ve lived it.

  • Full-Cycle Hiring Hero: You've steered the whole recruiting ride from first contact to signed contract – ideally also in production or blue-collar settings. You own the process, start to finish.

  • Sourcing Ninja + Interview Ace: You know how to find great people, ask the right questions, and use the right tools to back it all up – with data as your co-pilot.

  • Space Vibes Included: You’ve got genuine excitement for our mission and spread that spark to others. You’re hands-on, proactive, and love making things better – not just talking about it.
