About this role

Overview

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a track record of building and scaling businesses in high-growth environments. This role will support hiring across a range of functions, including Sales, Customer Success, and Technology, with a strong focus on GotoMarket roles.

As AvePoint continues its journey from US$500M to US$1B+ in revenue, our growth can only be fuelled by the best talent in the ANZ market.

If you’re a true hiring partner who thrives on building strong relationships with hiring managers, deeply understanding talent needs, and helping scale highperforming teams across the Australia and New Zealand, we’d love to meet you!

The opportunity is significant. As organisations navigate AI adoption, cyber resilience, compliance and data governance, AvePoint is uniquely positioned to help them succeed with market-leading technology.

For the right person, this is a career-defining opportunity to build our team of the future and play a key role in our journey to US$1B and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage fullcycle recruitment for roles across multiple functions, with a strong emphasis on GotoMarket positions (e.g. BDRs, AEs, CSMs)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and Sales leadership to align on role scope, priorities, and hiring decisions
  • Proactively source talent through referrals, direct sourcing, job boards, networking, and market mapping
  • Own and effectively prioritize 8+ requisitions in a fastpaced, highvolume environment
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, university partnerships, and employee referral programs
  • Use recruitment data and metrics to inform decisionmaking and share clear, tactical hiring insights with recruiting managers
  • Balance speed of hiring with quality of hire, ensuring roles are filled efficiently while maintaining a strong bar for talent

OK, I'm interested... but is this really the job for me?

We look for people who value agility, passion and teamwork; those who can bring fresh ideas to the table and want the opportunity to learn, grow, and expand their careers. Bring your aptitude and build upon what you do best for our customers, partners, team, and you.

Other qualities that will set you up for success in this role include:

  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with at least 2 years in an inhouse recruitment role
  • Proven success delivering fullcycle recruitment across multiple functions and/or geographies (EMEA experience preferred)
  • Experience recruiting for a broad range of salesoriented roles, including presales, direct sales, channel, marketing, and customer success
  • Demonstrated ability to source, assess, and select highquality commercial talent, with strong judgment around role fit and longterm success
  • Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing
  • A strong track record of delivering highquality hires against business timelines, proactively communicating risks or blockers, and collaborating creatively to overcome challenges
