Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities: 

· Responsible for the full end-to-end talent acquisition process

· Source talent through innovative and creative platforms

· Identify candidates that have the skill and experience for a specific role

· In addition, identify candidates that are aligned with our unique culture

· Approach, entice and headhunt potential candidates to join our global team

· Build strong internal relationships with hiring managers and key internal stakeholders

· Ensure all talent acquisition documentation is accurate, validated and stored correctly

Requirements: 

· 2+ years talent acquisition experience with a reputable agency or corporate

· Well-developed talent sourcing and enticing capability

· Certification in talent sourcing - preferable

· Bachelor or honors degree preferable

· Good communication skills

· High level of admin organization and process skills

· High level of interpersonal skills

· Ability to excel in a fast, high performing global company
