Talent Acquisition Specialist

Join our recruitment team and help us attract and select the right people across Operations and Business Support. You’ll take ownership of recruitment processes, work closely with hiring managers, and ensure a professional candidate experience.

What you’ll do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Game Presenter, Shuffler, Game Host, Operations, and Business Support positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create effective hiring plans.
• Create and publish job advertisements, manage applications, and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Conduct individual and group interviews, including competency-based interviews.
• Evaluate candidates using interviews, assessments, reference checks, and other relevant selection methods.
• Manage recruitment partners and suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effective services.
• Promote recruitment best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
• Provide recruitment-related guidance to managers in line with company policies and relevant legislation.

Qualifications

• Higher education.
• Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian and English.
• Good knowledge of the labour market, recruitment channels, and selection methods.
• Experience conducting interviews and preparing competency-based interview questions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and focused on accuracy.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
