About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure we attract and hire the best talent to support our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and strategic workforce planning, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.


Responsibilities:
• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Source, recruit, and build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Lead onboarding and relocation processes for new hires.
• Enhance employer branding to attract top talent.
• Analyze hiring metrics and market data to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate on employee retention and development initiatives.


Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT/Fintech recruitment as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and HR branding.
• Familiarity with modern selection methods, ATS, and social media sourcing.
• Strategic thinker with leadership skills and a data-driven approach.
• Fluency in English and Russian; Greek is an advantage.
