Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a talented and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global HR team.

What You'll Do:

• Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening to closing top talent efficiently for global roles.

• Build proactive talent pipelines using advanced sourcing strategies and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Partner closely with Hiring Managers by providing data-driven insights, regular pipeline updates, market intelligence, and actionable recommendations to enable informed hiring decisions and ensure a fast, efficient, and candidate-centric recruitment process.

• Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics to identify trends, improve hiring effectiveness, and continuously optimize the recruitment process.

• Assist the VP of HR with onboarding/offboarding activities and targeted HR initiatives on an as-needed basis.

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of experience as an in-house or agency recruiter within global companies – A must.

• Native or near-native English proficiency, both written and spoken – A must.

• Hands-on experience with active sourcing, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent mapping.

• Experience recruiting in a global environment – An advantage.

• Experience working with ATS platforms and AI sourcing tools.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.

• Flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Strong communication skills.

• A proactive, team-oriented, and solution-oriented mindset.
