Your role

You will be a part of the creative and high-performing Talent Search (TS) Team, one of three core processes of Netlight. Your main responsibility will be around recruitment and other processes connected to the growth of Netlight. You will manage the whole recruitment process, from the first contact to a world-class onboarding of our new colleague into Netlight. This involves networking, sourcing, interviewing, project management, internal and external employer branding, talent management, equality work and other activities that connect to a long-term sustainable and successful growth of Netlight.

Requirements

  • Soon-to-be Graduate / Recent Graduate / Young Professional
  • Full business-level fluency in written and spoken German & English
  • Passion for people, recruitment, project management, entrepreneurship, the IT industry and the tech community
  • Experienced in relevant areas to the role is a merit, but not a prerequisite, e.g. recruitment, sales, employer branding, project management, networking, start-up experience, Marketing
  • A good communicator, naturally building trust and rapport
  • Self-driven with an entrepreneur mindset, yet networking, having a strong inner drive with a great ability to cooperate
  • Structured yet adaptive, taking responsibility for a dynamic learning environment
