Royal Ocean Marine is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Marine Superintendent to join our client's team, a tanker company. As a Marine Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of vessels. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the maritime industry and contribute towards maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the safe and compliant operation of vessels
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety standards
• Manage vessel budgets and monitor expenses
• Coordinate and supervise vessel maintenance and repairs
• Provide technical support and guidance to vessel crews

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Marine Superintendent or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and industry best practices
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in using computer software and tools for data analysis and reporting
• Valid COC and relevant certifications will be advantageous
• Willingness to travel as required
