CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP is hiring an Experienced Tax Associate to service clients in our Southern Minnesota offices. Locations include: Mankato, Austin, New Ulm, Owatonna and Rochester.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Experienced Tax Associate role:

• Prepare and review tax returns with the tax team. Handle routine client tax questions and work with client to collect necessary information for tax return completion and compliance.
• Complete tax-related research and special projects as needed.
• Have the ability to prepare simple tax returns.
• Develop and train team interns to help them build inspired careers.
• Work with many great clients to help them resolve complex issues and get results.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Current CPA or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred (prior experience via internship(s) may be acceptable).
• Ability to travel to client sites

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.

The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is: $53,700.00 - $93,000.00
