WhatYou’llDo:

As part of a team supervised by aManageror Partner, you may:

• Prepare federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and nonprofits.

• Assistwith tax planning and research projects using authoritative sources andWithum’sproprietary tools.

• Analyze financial data and apply tax regulations to client scenarios.

• Collaborate with audit and advisory teams to ensure integrated client service.

• Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.

• Leverage tax technology platforms and data analytics tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Stay current on evolving tax laws and industry trends.

• Assume increasing responsibilityonengagements as yourproficiencygrows.

• Miscellaneoustasks asassigned

The kinds of people we want to talk to have many of the following:

• Graduated orgraduatingcollege student pursuing a Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Accounting

• GPA of 3.0 or higher

• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills

• Preferred: 150 credit hours and prior internship experience with a public accounting firm

• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills

• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel; experience with tax software is a plus

• Ability to work in one of our office locations

The compensation for this position ranges from $62,000 to $90,000 based on location. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications. In addition to the base compensation,Withumoffers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance.
