WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead tax engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to clients
• Review complex individual, trust, estate, partnership, S‑corp, and C‑corp returns
• Research technical tax issues and provide strategic recommendations
• Mentor and develop staff in a collaborative, supportive environment
• Identify opportunities to enhance client service and firm growth

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting
• 6+ years of public accounting experience
• Active CPA license
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills
• Leadership experience
• Advanced technical tax knowledge
• Experience with Lacerte, CCH, QuickBooks, Adobe, or Microsoft Office a plus
