Responsibilities

• Lead international tax advisory engagements for inbound and outbound investments. This includes MNE groups that listed in Thai SET and other stock exchange market around the globe.
• Advise clients on cross‑border structuring, holding structures, and tax‑efficient supply chains
• Advise clients on tax optimization as well as tax incentive regimes that may be beneficial to the clients
• Provide technical guidance on BEPS, Pillar Two, transfer pricing alignment and tax treaties
• Handling personal wealth and estate tax planning for family offices
• Support M&A transactions, reorganizations, and post‑deal integrations from a tax perspective
• Review and oversee international tax compliance to ensure advisory‑led, risk‑aware outcomes
• Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor rather than a compliance provider
• Collaborate with global Forvis Mazars teams to deliver seamless global tax solutions
• Coach, develop, and review work of senior associates and consultants
• Contribute to thought leadership, proposals, and business development initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or Law
• CPA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• 7–10 years of international tax experience, ideally from Big 4 or top‑tier advisory firms
• Strong technical knowledge of Thai tax, international tax, transfer pricing, BEPS, and tax treaties
• Proven experience managing multiple advisory engagements and complex client issues
• Confident English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Leadership mindset with experience coaching high‑performing teams
