IGL4US is seeking a confident and motivated Team Leader to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily team operations, helping employees stay focused on goals, maintaining strong communication, and creating an organized and productive working environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, approachable, and comfortable taking responsibility while helping others perform at their best.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members throughout daily operations
• Help establish priorities and keep the team focused on performance goals
• Provide guidance, feedback, and ongoing support to team members
• Promote effective communication and collaboration across the team
• Assist with training and development of employees
• Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Help resolve day-to-day challenges in a professional and solutions-focused manner
• Maintain a positive, organized, and productive work environment
• Communicate updates, expectations, and operational priorities clearly
• Work closely with management to support company objectives and continued growth
