About this role

We are looking for an EA FC Team Lead to join our team in São Paulo.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of a team of approximately 25–30 EA FC players, making sure the team is fully staffed, well organized, and ready to support our daily operations.

This is a hands-on position combining people management, scheduling, player coordination, and operational responsibilities. We are looking for someone who understands EA FC, has strong leadership and organizational skills, and is confident communicating in English with international colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a team of approximately 25–30 EA FC players;
  • Plan and organize player shifts and schedules;
  • Regularly monitor shift balance, attendance, and coverage;
  • Coordinate planned player replacements and SOS/emergency replacements;
  • Ensure the team remains fully staffed and operational at all times;
  • Take ownership of the full player lifecycle, from recruitment and selection through onboarding and integration;
  • Support players with day-to-day issues and operational questions;
  • Handle interpersonal issues and help resolve conflicts within the team;
  • Organize and support EA FC Recruitment Academies and player selection activities;
  • Collaborate with other departments and colleagues across the company;
  • Participate in regular operational meetings;
  • Maintain regular communication with the Trading Department regarding player performance, operational balance, studio-related issues, and other relevant topics;
  • Perform the daily morning routine, including checking player reports and operational updates;
  • Support the management of minor inventories related to the operation;
  • Prepare regular operational reports;
  • Handle additional ad hoc operational tasks when required.

    • Requirements

  • Previous experience in team leadership, operations, coordination, or people management;
  • Strong knowledge of EA FC and familiarity with the competitive gaming environment;
  • Good spoken and written English and confidence communicating with international teams;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to handle conflicts, unexpected situations, and day-to-day people-related challenges;
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility;
  • Comfortable working with schedules, reports, and operational data;
  • Experience in gaming, esports, iGaming, or a similar environment is a strong advantage;
  • Availability to work on-site in São Paulo and according to the required shifts.
