Mission principaleLe Superviseur Qualité est responsable de la surveillance transactionnelle pour un ou plusieurs clients, avec plusieurs programmes ou lignes d'affaires au sein d'un seul site. Il supervise tous les évaluateurs de qualité sur site qui soutiennent leur portefeuille assigné. Ce poste est également chargé du niveau de compétence et du développement des employés de son équipe, de l'atteinte et de l'exactitude des évaluations à travers le portefeuille assigné, ainsi que de la fourniture d'analyses et d'aperçus liés à la qualité sur la performance globale du programme.
