Responsibilities
- Build and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and acquire new customers
- Set and monitor individual and team goals, providing ongoing coaching and support
- Review and evaluate daily sales activities to maintain team performance
- Coach and train the team to develop sales skills and product knowledge
- Understand customer needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to promote campaigns and increase sales opportunities
- Use tools such as CRM and Microsoft Teams to manage customers and track business opportunities
- Comply with financial regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices in sales operations
Requirements
- Proficient in English or Chinese, with excellent communication skills in both speaking and writing
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the Forex industry, or at least 2 years of team management experience in the Forex industry
- A hardworking, honest, and patient individual in their work
