Teamleader Logistics (f/m/d)

Provide operational and organizational leadership to a 4-member warehouse and logistics team, including workforce planning, employee development, and the conducting of performance and feedback discussions.

Ensure efficient warehouse operations by overseeing goods receipt and dispatch processes, inventory transactions, and the proper storage of materials.

Coordinate and manage serial production logistics with external partners and suppliers, while taking responsibility for internal and external container management.

Maintain and monitor returnable packaging inventories and coordinate as well as supervise inventory counts within the warehouse and logistics area.

Handle customer and supplier complaints and create, update, and maintain work instructions, packaging specifications, and process standards.

Ensure health and safety, orderliness, and cleanliness within the warehouse and logistics area while continuously driving process improvements.

Completed vocational training in warehouse management, logistics, or a comparable qualification.

Good understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes, particularly at the interface between production and logistics.

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is considered an advantage.

Initial experience in leading and managing employees is desirable.

Strong teamwork skills, resilience, and the ability to assert yourself when required.

Analytical and structured working style, combined with good German language skills, both written and spoken.
