We are seeking a commercially driven Partner & Alliance Manager to lead strategic technology partnerships and drive partner-influenced revenue growth across key global technology vendors. This role is responsible for developing alliance strategies, managing partner programs, maximizing rebates and incentives, and driving joint go-to-market initiatives with leading technology brands. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, partner ecosystem management experience, and the ability to coordinate effectively across sales, presales, marketing, and delivery teams to accelerate business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic alliance plans with key technology partners
- Drive partner-led revenue growth, co-sell opportunities, and partner-influenced pipeline generation.
- Manage deal registrations, special pricing approvals, and partner commercial processes.
- Own partner rebate, MDF, incentive, and training fund management to maximize financial returns.
- Execute joint GTM initiatives including campaigns, events, and demand generation programs.
- Collaborate closely with sales, presales, marketing, and delivery teams to accelerate business growth.
- Coordinate partner enablement, certification programs, and sales plays to strengthen technical and commercial capabilities.
- Maintain compliance with vendor partner program requirements, tier status, auditing and SLA support.
- Lead executive engagement activities including QBRs, strategic reviews, and partner escalation management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives, alliance managers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field. MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in technology partnerships, alliance management, channel sales, or partner ecosystem management within a System Integrator (SI), Distributor or Enterprise Software Reseller environment.
- Proven experience managing strategic partnerships with at least 2 major global technology vendors such as Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, Red Hat, Nutanix, Veeam, Huawei, Elastic, or Trend Micro.
- Strong understanding of vendor partner programs including: Deal registration, MDF management, Rebate structures, Tier requirements, Special pricing authorization processes
- Demonstrated experience owning partner revenue targets, rebate realization, and GTM execution.
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, presales, delivery, and marketing teams.
- Experience leading or mentoring alliance, channel, or enablement teams is preferred.
- Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
