Tech Recruiter - Bangalore

We're hiring a Technical Recruiter to own hiring across Engineering, Product, and Data at Lenskart. This is an individual contributor role, you'll work closely with hiring managers, run your own requisitions, and be responsible for closures.

What the role involves

• Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across SDE, Product Management, Data Science, and Design from JD creation to offer rollout

• Source actively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, referrals, and communities. Engage with passive candidates and build pipelines for roles that aren't easy to fill

• Work directly with engineering and product leaders to understand what they actually need and set realistic hiring timelines

• Coordinate interviews, handle feedback loops, and make sure the process doesn't drag for candidates or interviewers

• Track on TAT, funnel drop-offs, source mix and use them to course-correct

• Handle offer negotiations and close candidates.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Tech/Product hiring, preferably in consumer internet, SaaS, or high-growth startups, end to end.

• Proven track record of hiring for roles such as SDEs, Product Managers, Designers, and Data roles

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle independently

• Data-driven mindset with experience in using metrics to improve hiring outcomes
