Job requirements

Experience Range: with at least 5 years of experience in network architecture or network engineering, including hands-on experience designing, configuring, and maintaining large-scale enterprise networks Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement complex network solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices, ensuring measurable improvements in network performance and reliability
  • Develop scalable and secure network architecture for both on-premises and cloud environments
  • Conduct comprehensive network assessments and performance analysis to proactively identify and resolve potential issues
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to create and execute detailed project plans for network infrastructure deployment and upgrades
  • Oversee and optimize the management of routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other network hardware and software
  • Configure and manage network protocols, IP addressing schemes, routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP, and network services including DNS and DHCP
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity
  • Document network designs, configurations, and operational procedures to maintain accurate technical records
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for network operations and security
    • Required Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SNMP
  • Expertise in VPN, LAN/WAN, and wireless network solutions
  • Experience with firewall configuration and security policies
  • Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools such as Logic Monitor, SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG
  • Strong proficiency in routing and switching technologies
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
    • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with SD-WAN implementation and management
  • Familiarity with MPLS and QoS technologies
  • Ability to design redundant, resilient, and fault-tolerant network systems
  • Knowledge of emerging networking technologies and trends
    • Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or equivalent certification relevant to network engineering
  • CompTIA Network+ or similar industry-recognized network certification
