About the role

We are looking for aTechnical Account Manager (TAM)to strengthen our team supporting public transport customers in Estonia. This role is for someone who is technically curious, enjoys working close to customers and wants to grow within a modern, technology-driven environment.

The ideal person is not necessarily an expert in all systems from day one – but someone who has a genuine interest in technology, understands how IT-based services operate and is motivated to learn, develop and take ownership over time.

This is an opportunity to join a growing team where you will work closely with both customers and highly competent technical specialists, contributing to stable operations while developing your own technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and drive resolution of customer-impacting issues, ensuring SLA targets are met.
  • Manage change requests end-to-end — from requirements capture through delivery and acceptance.
  • Facilitate regular operational and service review meetings with customers.
  • Escalate effectively within engineering and product when resolution is blocked.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer health status and produce regular reporting.
  • Manage local vendor relationships where a third-party acts as first-line support — providing direction, quality. oversight, and coordination for issues requiring physical on-site presence.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong technical understanding of software/IT systems, ideally in transit or transport technology.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Structured, process-driven approach to issue tracking and follow-up.
  • Experience managing or coordinating with external vendors or field service partners.
  • Fluency in Estonian and English is required.
  • Swedish is a strong advantage given our Nordic customer base.

We offer:

  • An opportunity to participate in high-impact system development with a combination of hardware and software that influences billions of people around the globe.
  • Dynamic and challenging work in a growing international technology company.
  • Passionate and experienced leaders. A company culture that empowers people and where each employee’s contribution counts and is valued.
  • Opportunity to grow together with an ambitious and expanding company filled with supportive and positive people.
  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Passion, fun, and power to make public transportation seamless to use.
  • Hybrid role 3x in the Tallinn office
