We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst (Technical Analyst III) to lead analysis and solution delivery across our policy administration platform, supporting both new development and enhancements to existing systems. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this individual will serve as a key contributor on strategic initiatives, partner closely with business and technical teams, and mentor others while promoting a culture of accountability, ownership, and operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with the business to identify functional requirements and turn those into usable technical requirements and user stories for new applications and enhancements to existing systems
- Lead or serve as a primary contributor on multi-system, cross-functional initiatives
- Perform detailed system and impact analysis across integrated applications and data flows
- Identify risks, dependencies, and integration points early in the delivery process
- Ensure compatibility and interoperability of applications across the environment
- Create system models, specifications, diagrams, and process flows to guide development
- Own the configuration, maintenance, and production support for assigned systems
- Recreate issues and document detailed technical requirements and findings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, information systems, computer engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five or more (5+ years) of Analyst or Platform Admin experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile development methodology and concepts.
- Experience in overseeing the design, development, and / or implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products.
