Job Description

You will be reporting to Manufacturing Test Lead.

Your Responsibilities:

Digital & AI Support

• Use company-approved AI tools to help summaries reports, work instructions, and troubleshooting information.

• Support the team in collecting and updating production, repair, and quality data.

• You will Help maintain simple dashboards and reports for manufacturing activities.

• Use digital tools to help track repair status, backlog, and production performance.

• Support continuous improvement projects involving automation and digitalization.

• Learn and adopt new digital tools introduced to improve productivity and efficiency

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Use Microsoft Copilot to summarise repair findings or meeting notes.

• Help update repair and rework tracking records.

• You will Help generate weekly backlog and productivity reports.

• Soldering and replace of components.

• Support data collection for quality investigations and improvement projects.

• Use Power BI or Excel (can write advanced macros) dashboards to monitor repair status and production trends.

• You will Help convert manual processes into digital records or automated workflows.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, or Microsoft Copilot

• You can pick up AI tools and skills set quickly

• You can follow work instructions.
