About this role
Your missions
As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth execution of technical tasks and ensuring operational efficiency within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Daily Task Monitoring: Prioritize and monitor daily tasks for timely completion.
- Job Preparation: Lead job preparation activities, including WO, tools, parts and SOI management.
- Advanced Planning: Plan tasks in advance to ensure readiness.
- Technical Alignment: Participate in alignment meetings to coordinate with project requirements.
- Blocking Point Management: Identify and address blocking points to minimize disruptions.
- Communication: Keep stakeholders informed of critical issues and deviations.
- Administrative Updates: Maintain and update administrative tools (Aircraft progress,Tandem, BISON) to track progress.
- KPI Management: Develop and track KPIs to measure service performance. Initiate meetings to review KPIs and address challenges.
- Job Coordination: Coordinate complex task preparation with stakeholders.
- Production Meetings: Attending optimization and SQCDPF meetings to share insights and updates with the Operations Leader /Unit Leader.
- Optimization Initiatives: Contribute to optimization efforts across various areas.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in technical coordination or related field.
- Knowledge of the aeronautical environment (security, safety and quality measures)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in both team and activity management/coordination
- Experience in reading and understanding technical documentations like structural drawings, work orders, maintenance manuals etc.
- Familiar with computer programs: MS Office programs, SAP, and Airbus internal tools
- Have Customer-oriented approach (listening, offering support and deliver on time)
- Familiar with report writing (accurate and straight to the point) and presentation to customers
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with QHSE (Quality, Health, Security and Environment) procedures
- Fluent in English: C1
