Job Responsibilities

Device Monitoring & Maintenance

• Monitoring the operational status of the printers via fleet management tools.

• Monitoring and managing supplies.

• Performing preventive maintenance.

• Ensure timely response to system notifications to minimize downtime

Break/Fix & Technical Support

• Diagnose and replace faulty hardware components.

• Respond promptly to service calls.

• Perform root cause analysis for recurring technical issues

Job Requirements

Must haves:

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to haves:

• Basic troubleshooting in printers, copiers, and MPS software

• Computer literate

• Fast learner
