This is not a traditional “inside sales” role—you’ll be at the center of customer relationships, technical problem-solving, and revenue generation.
If you want a position where your effort directly impacts your income, where you can learn complex technical systems, and where you have a clear path to advance into outside sales or leadership, we want to talk to you.

- Partner with outside sales to develop and win business within existing and new accounts
- Identify opportunities to grow share of wallet and drive incremental revenue
- Follow up aggressively on quotes and opportunities to convert to orders
Solve Technical Problems (Motion Control & Fluid Power)
- Help customers select and apply products across motion control, fluid power, and related systems
- Translate customer needs into practical, cost-effective solutions
- Work with vendors and internal experts to solve application challenges
- Continuously build your technical knowledge and product expertise
Quote, Close, and Execute
- Create accurate, competitive quotes and proposals
- Own the order process from quote to delivery, ensuring accuracy and urgency at every step
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations to deliver on customer expectations
- Keep customers informed and eliminate surprises
Be the Engine Behind the Customer Experience
- Deliver a level of responsiveness that sets you apart from competitors
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Maintain clean, accurate data in CRM/ERP systems
- Support branch operations and keep information flowing
