Technical Office Manager

We are looking for an experienced Technical Office Manager with 8 years of experience in in technical office management and strong experience in BIM tools, MEP coordination and BOQ preparation.

The role will focus on overseeing technical office operations, coordinating civil, architectural, and MEP works, managing BIM processes, reviewing BOQs, and ensuring compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant regulations

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily technical office operations and coordinate technical activities.
• Review and manage technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents.
• Coordinate civil, architectural, and MEP works to ensure design consistency.
• Manage BIM processes and ensure proper coordination between disciplines.
• Review and prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and other project stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Follow up on technical submissions, approvals, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 8 years of experience in technical office management.
• Strong experience in BIM tools and clash detection.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Experience in MEP coordination and BOQ preparation.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant regulations.
• Experience with the Balady platform is preferred.
• Site experience is an advantage.
• Strong technical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
