TECHNICAL OPERATIONS MANAGER (AI & Process)

A fast-growing European company that designs and manufactures custom logo signage for businesses across Europe. Founded in 2014, it operates in Germany, Poland and Sweden, and is moving toward AI-driven operations.

The role**

We are looking for a hands-on, technically savvy operator to improve and scale how our operations run across Design, Warehouse, Assembly and Service Coordination.

You will lead the teams in these areas while staying close to the work: digging into the data, using AI tools and automation, and building better processes yourself.

Tasks

What you'll do

• Lead, coach and develop the teams across Design, Warehouse, Assembly and Service Coordination.
• Analyze how operations run and find where they can be faster, cheaper or simpler.
• Design and implement process improvements, automations and AI-based workflows.
• Manage improvement projects from idea to rollout.
• Define KPIs and build the reporting to track them.
• Work directly with leadership on the priorities for the company's growth.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in a tech company, technical product management, technical operations or a similar role.
• Technically savvy: you use AI tools in your daily work and have an engineering mindset.
• Strong analytical skills: you're comfortable working with data (Excel, SQL, BI tools or similar).
• Proven experience improving and scaling processes, and managing projects end-to-end.
• A hands-on attitude: you enjoy doing the work yourself, not only delegating it.
• A clear communicator who can lead and develop a team while staying hands-on.
• Good financial understanding: you're comfortable working with budgets and operational costs.
• Fluent English (C1 or above). Polish or German is a plus.

• You see your role mainly as managing people and delegating, rather than doing hands-on work yourself.
• Your background is mainly in traditional production or warehouse management.

Location

This role is based in Wrocław and requires regular in-person work at our Wrocław office and operations site. It is not a remote position. You must live in or near Wrocław, or be willing to relocate before starting. The exact office/remote split will be agreed during the interview process.
