About the Role

The AI Bidding team owns the bidding algorithm and campaign optimization behind Appier's programmatic ad platform. We're looking for a TPM to work closely with scientists and serve as the bridge across engineering teams (Scientist, Bidding serving, Creative, Internal Dashboard, Technical support, etc) and drive cross-team technical programs to completion. Business-side communication is primarily routed through the Product Manager, but this role still needs to understand business requirements well enough to translate them into technical scope and trade-offs.

What You Will Do

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and delivery tracking of cross-team technical programs (e.g., model iteration, algorithm migration, dashboard migration), keeping timelines and priorities aligned
• Clarify technical details with external partners, and translate them into the design of internal technical solutions
• Define and maintain SOPs for experiments, feature rollouts, and migration plans (including rollback planning); coordinate A/B test design and rollout sign-off with internal users
• Run the cross-team working model through acceptance and feasibility reviews, estimation and prioritization rules, and checkpoint cadence, and track them through Jira/BT.
• Write technical documentation and communication materials that make solutions and trade-offs clear to non-technical stakeholders
• Perform basic data queries to validate decisions independently (SQL/spreadsheets)

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical PM, ideally in adtech or e-commerce
• Dig into and find the fundamental root cause before proposing solutions
• Experience analyzing pros and cons across solutions
• Experience coordinating across engineering and business-facing teams, with strong stakeholder management skills
• Working SQL/data-analysis skills, able to independently validate data for decision-making
• Familiar with project management tools such as Jira/Confluence

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with adtech concepts such as attribution, tracking and rendering behavior
• Experience with real-time bidding / DSP systems / user-value prediction or other online serving systems
• Basic Python/PySpark skills to write your own queries
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin, for coordinating with international partners
