And also a place for job seekers and employees to seeks the best advice to solve their problems.

• Develop talent acquisition strategy & hiring plan.
• Maintain sourcing strategy in the website, career portal, and campus recruitment
• Establish collaboration with University, Career Center, and other education institution
• Handle end to end talent acquisition process such as job listing, sourcing, scheduling, interview and conduct any related tests.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical roles a plus.

• Understand and have experiences in full-cycle recruiting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capable to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to work in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
