Sphere Defense was founded by industry veterans with previous successful exits, and is headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, in the heart of Europe.

About you

You are a highly-motivated Technical Recruiter that has experience in recruiting top engineering talent in Belgium and in Europe. Ideally, you speak English, Dutch and French, and have familiarity with ATS systems.

This role is open to full-time and part-time candidates.

Location: Onsite in Brussels, Belgium or Hybrid. Our office is close to Central Station.

What you’ll do

• Elaborate strategies to recruit top talent for engineering and technical disciplines (AI, software, mechanical, aerodynamics, etc.)

• Be the single point of contact for candidates, organizing interviews with the team and handling their question with a white gloves service

• Be the Company's ambassador with candidates, being their first interface in screening calls

• Follow candidates during their entire interview journey, ensuring maximum satisfaction and timely responses

• Source candidates with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter

• Interface with external recruiting agencies and partners, and coordinate them

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Humanities or equivalent

• Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical organizations

• Strong empathy and ability to communicate effectively with candidates during the interview process

• High precision and rigor, ensuring recruiting activities are carried out on time

• Experience using ATS systems such as Greenhouse, Ashby or similar

• Experience in outreach activities with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter

• Excellent spoken and written English, Dutch or French is a plus
