Technical Recruiter Intern

About the Role

Cloud SynApps is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter Intern to join our HR & Recruitment team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who are interested in building a career in Technical Recruitment and Human Resources.

The internship will be for an initial period of 6 months, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time employment opportunity based on the candidate’s performance, skills, and overall contribution during the internship.

The role will have a strong focus on recruitment, with approximately 90% of the responsibilities dedicated to Recruitment and 10% involving other HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Recruitment – 90%

• Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify candidate requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Review and screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, communication, availability, and interest in the opportunity.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interview panels.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders regarding candidate status and interview feedback.
• Assist in preparing and sharing job postings across relevant recruitment platforms.
• Support offer coordination and candidate follow-ups through the hiring process.
• Develop an understanding of various IT roles, technologies, skill sets, and technical hiring requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

HR Activities – 10%

• Assist with general HR activities and day-to-day HR operations.
• Support onboarding and documentation activities for new employees.
• Maintain employee and HR-related records as required.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
• Support the HR team with additional administrative and coordination activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in Technical Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates and requirements simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn about different technical roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of IT/technical roles such as Software Developer, Salesforce Developer, Business Analyst, QA Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Solution Architect, etc.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or recruitment tools.
• Previous internship, academic project, or exposure to recruitment/HR will be an added advantage.
