About the role

As our digital platform continues its rapid European growth across 27 markets, optimizing our organic search visibility and website performance remains essential to our digital-first mission. To support this scale and stay ahead of evolving search algorithms, we are expanding our centralized organic marketing team. We need hands-on technical expertise to implement advanced SEO techniques, streamline our data workflows, and unlock new traffic growth opportunities.

To achieve this goal, we are hiring a Professional SEO Specialist to take ownership of site performance, keyword clustering, and technical optimizations. In this key individual contributor role, you will perform deep-dive SEO audits, analyze competitor strategies, and prepare actionable recommendations to resolve technical site issues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute approved on-page and technical tasks while leveraging modern automation tools, custom scripts, and AI to optimize daily workflows.

You will be working towards boosting site traffic, keyword rankings, and overall search engine performance across assigned projects. You will monitor core metrics using tools like Power BI, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics, presenting actionable insights directly to team leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, semantic clustering, and content optimizations to target relevant search intent and audience segments.
• Perform detailed SEO audits to uncover growth opportunities, identify technical site issues, and prepare actionable optimization solutions.
• Execute approved on-page and technical SEO initiatives—including metadata, URL structure, indexing, internal linking, and site performance—with sign-off from team leads.
• Streamline search workflows using available automation tools, scripts, Regular Expressions (RegEx), formulas, and company-approved AI software.
• Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to propose and implement applicable best practices for assigned projects.
• Track organic traffic, keyword positions, and core metrics, presenting performance reports using Power BI, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across departments while providing task guidance and review assistance for junior team members when needed.

Qualifications

Core Capabilities & Skills

• At least three years of professional experience in technical SEO, digital marketing, or a closely related field, ideally within international or multilingual e-commerce environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience supported by certified SEO courses).
• Strong knowledge of core SEO principles, search algorithms, technical indexing, crawling, site architecture, and semantic optimization.
• Proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools (such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Serpstat, or Similarweb) and analytics platforms like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
• Practical familiarity with data automation methods (including RegEx, Google Sheets formulas, custom scripts, or n8n) and approved AI tools to enhance productivity.
