The Opportunity
As a Technical Support Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—monitoring, troubleshooting and optimising a wide range of technologies across data, voice, and security platforms.You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and be exposed to enterprise-grade environments, giving you the opportunity to grow your technical capability while making a tangible impact every day.What You’ll Do
- Proactively monitor network systems and dashboards, responding to alerts before they become issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve network faults across LAN, WAN, wireless and security environments
- Manage incidents end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
- Perform planned maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes across the network
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (carriers/vendors) to resolve complex issues
- Contribute to root cause analysis and problem management to prevent recurring incidents
- Continuously improve monitoring, automation, and NOC processes
- Ensure systems and services meet security best practices and ISO standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field
- 3+ years’ experience in network support or operations (ideally within Telco or MSP environments)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, wireless, security)
- Experience with MPLS and BGP
- Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to work under pressure
- A proactive, curious approach—you don’t just fix problems, you look to prevent them
- ITIL v4 Foundation
- Fortinet NSE certifications
- Cisco CCNA / CCNP
- SD-WAN or SIP certifications
