Technical Service Engineer Serbia (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

Visit customer production sites in Serbia and solve technical issues in surface treatment

Perform root cause analysis and stabilize chemical processes

Support customers in improving their applications to increase quality and reduce costs

Identify opportunities for new products and technologies

Work hands‑on in production environments and provide practical support

Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and turn technical findings into actions

Collaboration with regional team colleagues in Central Eastern Europe

Translating and updating specification cards of products, articles, presentations and tracing any current changes

Perform work in compliance with the work health and safety rules and regulations and observe the respective orders and guidelines

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry, chemical technology, or a similar engineering field

Work experience in technical support or application engineering in surface treatment (electroplating, metal pre-treatment) is preferred

Skilled in chemical analysis and interpreting production data

Able to communicate well with technical and non‑technical audiences

Independent and solution‑oriented working style

Good English skills, excellent report-writing skills

Willing to travel within Poland; valid driver’s licence
