Technical Solution Specialist-LC-Shanghai

Job Description

• In-depth understanding of analysis demands and laboratory workflows in the pharmaceutical CXO industry, mining points, developing solutions and converting them into business opportunities;
• Undertake relevant support for liquid chromatography and single quadrupole at pharmaceutical CXO clients;
• Collaborate with sales and aftersales teams to maintain client relationships and resolve client issues;
• Assist in improving win rate of Agilent liquid chromatography and single quadrupole;
• Independently design and complete pre-sales sample analysis work;
• Support and understand the company's strategic goals and formulate corresponding action plans based on regional market and client conditions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above, majoring in chemistry, pharmacy or related disciplines, more than 5 years of relevant analytical work experience;
• Fully understand the hardware, applications and market development trends of liquid chromatography and single quadrupole mass spectrometers, as well as the competitive information of mainstream brands;
• Ability to work independently, be innovative, dare to meet challenges, and able to accept a business trip proportion of 50% to 60%;
• Keep on learning, self-motivated with good teamwork skills.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
