Description:

• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, or vendor-specific UAM platform certifications).
• Experienced in drafting behavioral analytics indicators and rule-sets.
• Organizational Leadership & Modernization Track Record: Demonstrated track record of leading complex organizational transitions, modernizing technical architectures, updating federal policy,
  and building cross-functional risk management governance boards across multi-component agencies.
• Leadership Management Narrative: Narrative detailing how proposed key personnel will guide program expansion, oversee case documentation quality, manage technical tasking, maintain SLAs, and achieve all modernization objectives.
