Working Pattern – Up to 40 hours per week, across 5 days (Monday to Saturday)

What We Offer:
- A basic salary £15-18 per hour or commission structure from 40% to 45%

Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for
each client
- Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty
- Enhance client satisfaction by recommending expert colour services and promoting product sales
through extensive hairdressing product knowledge
- Mentor and inspire apprentices, serving as a role model in the salon and embodying the esteemed
TONI&GUY brand
- Champion the Super brand status of TONI&GUY, actively promoting and maintaining its reputation

hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- We are looking for someone with Five years plus shop floor hairdressing experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in a variety of hairdressing techniques, delivering precise cuts, colours and
styles
- Bring artistic vision to life by understanding clients' preferences and creating stunning hairstyles
- Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term relationships with clients
- Manage a busy schedule efficiently, handling diverse client needs with flexibility and meeting
deadlines consistently
