About this role

We are looking for TSRs to join a fast growing account in Quezon City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
  • Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets

Requirements

  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) with or without BPO Experience
  • Must have at least 9 months of BPO Experience
  • Must have basic trouble shooting skills
  • Must be conversant in both spoken and written English
  • Amenable to work fully on-site in Cubao, Quezon City
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule
  • Can start ASAP
