Key Responsibilities:

• Session plan design, develop & Conduct the training.
• Should be aligned with the industry and can manage strong relationship with all the stake holders.
• keep control of the calendar in a proactive way, Create plan in consent with the Stake holders
• Develop, track, maintain and submit training reports and documents
• Ensuring 100% of students attendance at all the time
• Administrative knowledge to handles a Training centre
• Conducting regular feedback from batches
• Keep learner’s data in safe custody
• Create and maintain a good learning atmosphere/climate
• Strong guidance and instructions on how to conduct hands-on exercises
• An active listener and possess good questioning skills
• Explain technical concepts with & without using “techy” terminology according to the target audience's knowledge level.
• Engage people and maintain a high level of interactivity during the training sessions

Qualifications

1. ITI/Diploma holder with 5-10 years of experience
2. Excellent understanding of Tower Technology
3. Preferably from Telecom industry with knowledge on DG, Air conditioner, Battery bank, SMPS, Power equipment etc.
4. Should have excellent command over Technical Skills and Soft Skills.
5. Should be open for travelling, at least 24 days in a month.
