Overview
Apogee Engineering is seeking a Instructional Training Developer to support the squadron PIA for Training and Tradecraft by developing, maintaining, and delivering instructional materials and curriculum for OSINT tradecraft and tools.

Responsibilities
- Support squadron PIA for Training and Tradecraft in developing and maintaining training programs.
- Design comprehensive instructional materials and standard operating procedures.
- Create practical exercises for OSINT tradecraft and tools.
- Conduct performance evaluation with experience developing practical assessment metrics and capstone exercises to validate analysts' competency and retention of material
Qualifications
Minimum Experience:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: TS/SCIEducation/Years of Experience:
- Bachelors degree in science or engineering.
- 4 years experience with DoW or similar programs.
- Experience in instructional development or intelligence training.
- ISD curriculum development experience.
- Background in OSINT training and tradecraft.
