Technology Consultant

Technology Consultant will play a key role within our global Technology Team, providing technical support to our global user base.
Reporting to our Senior Technology Manager, will also assist with global initiatives, driving technology adoption, and ensuring the most effective use of Archetype applications.

Work Location: Noida

Working Days: 5 days/Week

Responsibilities

• Technical support for a regional and global user base.

• Escalation point for our Technology Consultants.

• User onboarding, offboarding and induction.

• Assistance with user education and adoption of technology.

• Management of ticketing service and escalation.

• Build and issuance of user devices.

• Hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

• Assistance with global technology initiatives.

• Assistance with on-premise infrastructure management.

• Understanding the business and how technology can enable business goals.

Qualifications

· At least 5-7 years experience in an IT role.

· Experience working in a cloud-first environment.

· Slack administration and configuration.

· Microsoft 365 administration.

· Azure AD administration.

· Exchange Online administration.

· Google Workspace administration.

· Google Drive administration.

· Identity and Access Management platform administration (Okta preferable).

· Video conferencing software (Zoom preferable).

· Experience working on technology projects and implementations.

· Experience with service desk ticketing-based software.

· Experience with endpoint management and security (Ivanti and JamF preferable).

· Mac OSX and Windows platform configuration and management.

· Experience with networking technologies (preferably Cisco Meraki).

· Experience working in a global environment is advantageous.

· Hardware and software asset management.
