Como Técnico de Mantenimiento Sr., serás clave para asegurar la máxima disponibilidad y desempeño de nuestros equipos de producción, contribuyendo directamente a mantener operaciones seguras, eficientes y de alta calidad.
¿Qué harás en este rol?
- Ejecutar mantenimientos preventivos, correctivos y predictivos en prensas de hidroformado, prensas hot stamping y dobladoras.
- Participar en análisis de fallas y colaborar con Ingeniería, Producción y Tool Room en mejoras.
- Registrar actividades en SAP y mantener la trazabilidad de intervenciones.
- Contribuir a iniciativas de mejora continua y cultura de seguridad.
- Ser parte activa de un equipo comprometido con la excelencia operativa y el liderazgo transformador.
Requisitos indispensables
Escolaridad
- Técnico en Electricidad, Mecánica, Electromecánica, Mecatrónica o afín.
Experiencia
- 6 a 9 años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial.
Idiomas
- Inglés básico.
