Tele-sales Representative (Work from home)

Job Description:

We're looking for someone who's flexible with working ROTATIONAL SHIFTS (8 hrs. per day from home permanently) and can start immediately!!

Weekends: WEEKLY ROTATIONAL

Job Description:

• Being capable of holdingboth phone and message conversationswith the explicit purpose of selling information products.
• Handling phone calls, texts & chats.
• Answering inquiries regarding the product or the company.
• Take and process requests in an accurate manner.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

Job Requirements:

• FLUENT ENGLISH IS A MUST. (American accent)
• Graduates only.
• Must accept to work rotational shifts.
• Proven experience as tele-sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Must have your own laptop and headset.
• Experience in real estate is a plus.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
