As part of its development, Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and is seeking a Telesales Represantative.
We are seeking a skilled Telesales Represantative to join our team and take responsibility for the successful execution of TS projects, ensuring that our objectives are met with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers by phone to promote products or services (mobile phone plans, energy packages)
- Explain pricing, promotions, and service details in a clear and trustworthy manner
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve doubts, and manage objections
- Record all call details and outcomes in the company’s CRM platform
- Work toward and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Provide a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to team goals
- Stay up to date with promotions, pricing plans, and industry trends
Requirements
- Previous experience in telesales or phone sales (preferably in the Telco or Energy sectors)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic workplace
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, or other)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection gracefully
- Commitment to delivering high service quality and securing customer loyalty
