Temporary Data Entry Clerk

What You’ll Do

Support organizational projects across departments by scanning, filing, and inputting data into office systems with precision.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, following procedures with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in document management and basic office software; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Must pass typing test and 10-key data entry tests.

Compensation & Work Setup

• Location: Irvine, CA (onsite required)
• Compensation: $25/hour
• Position Type: Temporary - Assignment estimated at 1-2 weeks
