Temporary Invoice Validation Processor

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Provide data entry support to the accounts payable department with invoice validation. This position is a temporary position that will last roughly 4 - 6 months.

STEP INTO THE ROLE

• Manage high-volume invoice processing in AP Agility, cross-referencing entries against source invoices to maintain accuracy and data integrity.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies within the AP Agility system, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience required.
• Microsoft Excel experience required.

$20.97 - $28.82 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
