💼 About the Role

The Terminal Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily operations in one of our busy terminals. You’ll ensure that packages are processed accurately and efficiently for deliveries, returns, and locker restocking. The role involves leading a team of Terminal Workers, monitoring performance, and maintaining smooth workflow throughout the shift. You’ll play a key part in keeping the terminal organized, on time, and ready to meet customer expectations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Terminal Workers to meet shift goals

• Oversee the accurate processing of packages for deliveries, returns, and locker restocking

• Maintain a positive, productive, and safe working environment in the terminal

• Quickly identify operational challenges and implement solutions

• Collaborate with Terminal Managers and Logistics Team Leaders to optimize workflows

• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to the team

• Support drivers and other teams to ensure seamless delivery operations

🙋 About You

• You have experience in logistics.

• You are proactive, positive, and enjoy taking initiative.

• You thrive in a team environment and know how to motivate others.

• You have excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written). Dutch is a bonus.

• You’re flexible with working hours and open to shift work, including evenings and nights.

• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

💰 The gross monthly salary for this role is approximately €2,800. With additional allowances — 35% for night shifts, 50% for Saturdays, and 60% for Sundays — employees who work night shifts every other week and occasional weekend shifts typically earn between €3,200 and €3,300 gross per month. In addition, you’ll receive an 8% annual holiday allowance.
